ST. STEPHEN, New Brunswick – Tidal Health Solutions Ltd. (“Tidal”), a privately held Licensed Producer (LP) and one of Canada’s leading suppliers of Cannabis 2.0 products, is pleased to announce that it is now supplying soft chews under the Affirma/Tidal brand in multiple provinces across Canada.

“We are pleased to be one of the very few Licensed Producers in Canada to be providing soft chews to consumers and patients,” said Mark E. Burton, President and CEO of Tidal Health Solutions. “Our soft chews are unique to the Canadian marketplace, as they are made from full spectrum cannabis extract.”

Full-spectrum soft chews provide not only THC but also various other cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids present in the cannabis plant. These plant compounds are responsible for the subtle cannabis taste of Tidal’s soft chews. The effect of the combination of these compounds, acting together with the THC, has been described as the “entourage effect”, which is believed to enhance many of the potentially beneficial characteristics of THC.

The soft chews are currently available in one soft chew per pack, in Watermelon, Peach, Grape and Sour Cherry flavours. Each pack contains 10 milligrams of THC and is suitable for all consumers. The product is now available in New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan and Ontario, and will be available in Alberta soon.
