Strategic hire will aid in massive national scale for popular cannabis industry compliance solution

Flowhub, the cannabis industry’s top compliance technology provider, announced today the hiring of Dave Smith as the company’s new Chief Revenue Officer, effective February 1, 2019.

A strategic addition to Flowhub’s executive team, Dave will provide critical support in accelerating the company’s mission to help dispensaries operate compliantly and unlock business potential to expand across North America.

Dave will be responsible for overseeing the go-to-market strategy and execution of Flowhub’s Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams. Prior to Flowhub, Dave multiplied revenue 500% in three and a half years at Convercent, the leading ethics and compliance cloud platform. A natural extension into the highly-regulated cannabis industry, Dave brings his unique compliance experience, extensive background in SaaS leadership roles, and demonstrated success building world-class SMB and Enterprise sales teams at technology companies such as Ceridian and Citrix Systems to Flowhub.
