David received his MBA from Columbia Business School where he was on the Dean’s List and taught corporate finance (valuation, modeling) to first-year MBAs. He completed his undergraduate work at Babson College, where he graduated with a B.S., cum laude, in finance.
Scott Greiper, the President and Founder of Viridian, commented, “We are delighted to bring David Kelman onto the Viridian platform. As the cannabis industry undergoes rapid consolidation, David’s high-level M&A experience will bring tremendous value to our practice and to our clients. At a time when more and more of our investment banking practice involves both buy- and sell-side M&A work, the timing of David’s arrival is ideal.”
