Bryan Dunmire transitioned from the role of senior vice president of strategy at Indus Holdings to chief product officer at Lowell Farms. Indus acquired Lowell Herb Co. from The Hacienda Group in February and, in connection with the acquisition, changed its corporate name to Lowell Farms Inc. Dunmire previously served as chief development officer for growth fund Geronimo Capital and as director of M&A and corporate strategy for Acreage Holdings.

“Bryan combines both the business acumen and institutional knowledge needed to grow this organization with the personal passion and understanding of the role cannabis plays at the consumer level,” said Lowell Farms Chief Executive Officer Mark Ainsworth. “In just one year, he has become an indispensable asset for Lowell Farms, and we continue to place tremendous value in Bryan’s judgment and leadership.”

Vahan Ajamian replaced Denise Lok as chief financial officer for Arizona-based manufacturer Vext Science. He brings to the company more than fifteen years of capital markets experience. In addition to his duties as CFO, Ajamian assumed the responsibilities of corporate secretary from Brian Cameron.

“Vahan brings deep experience both from within the cannabis industry as well as from finance and capital markets, which will enable us to continue to execute our growth strategy,” said Vext Chief Executive Officer Eric Offenberger. “I would like to personally thank Denise for all her work in bringing Vext to this point. She has been an incredible asset and we wish her much continued success. I would also like to thank Brian Cameron, who was instrumental in establishing Vext’s foundation early in its journey as a public company.”

Directorial and advisory board changes and additions:
